NL's Top Rookie Chosen Saturday, November 2nd , 2024 Jose Rodriguez, second baseman for the Milwaukee Brewers, had a good freshman year, highlighted today by his selection for the National League Rookie of the Year Award for 2024. The standout Brewers second baseman took the honor by hitting .292 in 154 games this season and finishing with 193 hits, 21 home runs, 68 RBIs and 91 runs scored. Mike Burrows of the Pittsburgh Pirates finished second in voting, while Diego Cartaya of the San Diego Padres finished third. |
