Keith Honored by AL as 2024 Best Rookie Saturday, November 2nd , 2024 The American League has presented its Rookie of the Year Award for 2024 and the honor went to Colt Keith, the fine Detroit third baseman. The 23-year-old Tigers newcomer took the trophy by hitting .315 in 154 games and finished with 181 hits, 20 home runs, 65 RBIs and 71 runs scored. Wilson Maldonado of the Minnesota Twins finished second in voting, while Richard Fitts of the New York Yankees finished third. |
