Brewers Clifford Raps 3 Homers

In a powerful performance that left the fans at Progressive Field buzzing, Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Clifford blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 8-5, over the Cleveland Guardians.
"Everything was clicking," Clifford told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them."
Clifford shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 3 at-bats, 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored.
"It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Brewers manager Michael Jank said. "Ryan played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game."
Ryan Clifford hit a two-run home run off Triston McKenzie in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Triston McKenzie in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Scott Effross in the 6th and walked in the 7th.
So far this year, Clifford is batting .242 with 15 home runs, 41 RBIs and 30 runs scored.
