The Chicago Cubs have officially captured the crown, the 25th in franchise history. "We've got a team that can do it all and we think do it just as well as anyone in the league," said closer Adbert Alzolay. "I hope no one is taking us lightly once the playoffs start." Certainly the team's division crown will garner them a fair bit of respect, as the 90-69 record puts the club in position for the franchise's 4th Major League Baseball championship.
