Milwaukee Out of Playoff Race Monday, September 23rd , 2024 The Milwaukee Brewers quite simply didn't have what it took this year. The club was formally eliminated from playoff qualification in 2024. "It feels bad," said Brewers closer Devin Williams, when asked for his response by reporters. "Having your biggest hopes of the year dashed feels bad." Milwaukee last appeared in the postseason in 2021. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 48 times in their 56-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Brewers have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
