Rockies Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, September 17th , 2024 Fans of the Colorado Rockies will no doubt soon start turning their attention to next season -- if they haven't already. The team today was officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Rockies have missed the playoffs 27 times in their 32 years as a Major League Baseball franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2018. In the last 10 seasons, the Rockies have made the playoffs 2 times. |
