Guzman Launches 3 HR for Royals

Anyone wearing a glove and sitting in the bleachers for today's Royals-White Sox game had a good chance at snagging a home run ball.
Kansas City shortstop Jeison Guzman thrice sent eager fans scurrying to catch a souvenir, helping lead the Kansas City to a 9-2 win over Chicago.
"Hey, the three homers were great, but I'm just trying to help my ballclub," Guzman said later. "I'm not going out there thinking I need another home run."
Guzman was 3-for-5 on the day with 5 runs batted in.
Jeison Guzman struck out in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Jack Flaherty in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jack Flaherty in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Grant Taylor in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.
In 82 games this year Guzman has posted a .286 average and put up these numbers: 8 home runs, 24 RBIs and 27 runs scored.
