Gray Takes NL #1 Pitcher Trophy Friday, June 1st , 2029 The National League made it official today -- Drew Gray of the Philadelphia Phillies is the Pitcher of the Month. In May he impressed the sportswriters with his domination of league hitters. Gray made 5 starts, registered 5 wins and no losses with a solid 1.59 ERA. In 34 innings he allowed 21 hits, racked up 33 strikeouts, walked 8 and permitted teams to hit .179 against him.
