Recovery Slow for Indians Kahlil Watson Tuesday, September 19th , 2028 Cleveland Indians second baseman Kahlil Watson informed reporters that he will be missing additional time because of a setback in his recovery from a torn abdominal muscle. "It's a bit frustrating, sure," Watson admitted. "I want to be out on the field. At the same time, I don't want to make things worse and miss even more time because I'm pushing it too hard." Indians doctors told BNN Watson would not return for 4 months. Kahlil Watson is expected to undergo surgery in Cleveland(Ohio) tomorrow. Thus far this season Watson is hitting .262 with 6 home runs, 19 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He has 28 hits in 107 at-bats and has played in 27 games. |
