American League Names Top Player Monday, September 4th , 2028 Chris McWilliams of the Detroit Tigers had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the American League. The 26-year-old first baseman put up a .520 average with a .571 on-base percentage, racking up 13 hits in 25 at-bats, 5 home runs, 9 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Thus far this year McWilliams is hitting .300 with 44 home runs, 134 RBIs and 102 runs scored. |
