Isbell Voted September's Top AL Rookie Friday, October 1st , 2032 Youngster Joe Isbell emerged as the latest American League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from New York deserved the honor, batting .353 with 12 home runs and 26 RBI. Is the month of September a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Isbell enjoy the limelight. So far this year Isbell is hitting .336 with 51 home runs. |
