Trouble in Oakland, Walker Suffers Setback Saturday, September 18th , 2032 Oakland Athletics center fielder Andy Walker got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding to treatment as well as they hoped and that he would need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Walker to be ready to go within 2 weeks. He told BNN, "I didn't expect a strained groin muscle to take this long to heal." This season Walker has hit at a .287 clip with 96 RBIs, 31 home runs and 90 runs scored. |
