The Tampa Bay Rays stymied the New York Yankees, 5-0, at Tropicana Field. Jeremiah Jackson had a good day at the plate. He was 2-3 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for Tampa Bay. Shane McClanahan notched his 38th save in 45 chances. With the win, the Rays improved to 90-67.
