Marlins first baseman Bo Bichette left his mark on his team's 8-6 win over the Cincinnati Reds. Bichette, who is tied for 10th in the NL in runs scored with 91, went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for Miami in the contest. Yeuris Jimenez, who finished 4th in the NL in saves with 42 in 2025, was the winner in relief. His record is now 4-7. The losing pitcher was Ryan Loutos. The loss makes Cincinnati 72-84.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Bichette hit a curveball from Ryan Loutos for a 2-run home run. The Marlins, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"I'm just out there trying to have as much fun as I can while I'm playing," Bichette told the Miami Observer.
