The New York Yankees racked up a win at Yankee Stadium, bumping off the Los Angeles Angels, 5-4. Carlos Rodón, who started for New York, pitched effectively for his team. Rodón, the winner, moves to 11-7. He threw 8 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 4 walks. The Yankees improve their record to 66-48 with the win over Los Angeles.
