The Pittsburgh Pirates downed the Cincinnati Reds, 8-7, in 10 innings at PNC Park. Matt Gorski led the way, going 2-for-4 for Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh has now won 3 in a row.

The decisive blow was delivered by Lonnie White Jr. in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 32-year old left-handed pitcher Nick Vespi to win the game for Pittsburgh. The home crowd went nuts.
