The Milwaukee Brewers picked up a win at American Family Field, downing the Chicago Cubs, 4-2. On the mound for Milwaukee was right-hander Lance McCullers Jr., who played a pivotal role in the win. In the bottom of the second inning, the Brewers grabbed the lead when Paul Goldschmidt rapped a two-out single. Milwaukee was trailing 1-0, when Goldschmidt hit a 2-run single off Jonathan Loáisiga to put his team in front, 2-1.
