Betts Blasts Astros, Dodgers Take Game 4, 10-5
|
Los Angeles right fielder Mookie Betts was the difference-maker for the Dodgers in what turned into a shootout with the Houston Astros. Betts earned accolades after going 1-for-4 in the 10-5 Dodgers win. With the victory, the Dodgers moved into a 2-2 tie in the best-of-7 series.
Daniel Vogelbach went 1 for 4 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for Los Angeles. In a tie game with no one out in the top of the eighth, Vogelbach came through with a run-scoring walk. It put the Dodgers in front, 6-5.
"We'll put that win in the can," said Betts, "and go after the next one."
The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Minute Maid Park in Houston.
