Orioles Heading to Division Series
The Baltimore Orioles are on to the Division Series after a convincing series win over the Tampa Bay Rays.

Baltimore wrapped up the series sweep with a 6-2 win in the last game, to take the series 2-0.

"We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Adley Rutschman, who was named series MVP.

For the series, Rutschman hit .667 with a .700 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 1 runs.

The Baltimore Orioles will play against the New York Yankees in the next round. New York had a bye in the Wildcard Series. The Division Series is scheduled to begin on October 4th , 2024.
