Raucous Target Field Crowd Propels Twins to 3-1 Victory; Series Tied at 2
The Minnesota Twins and the Las Vegas Athletics will take the Division Series to a decisive 5th game. Minnesota quieted the Las Vegas offense in a must-win situation to take the game, 3-1, at Target Field and force the series into one final game. Minnesota right-hander Jack O'Connor threw 5.0 innings allowing 1 run.

Minnesota took control in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and a runner on 1st, Danny De Andrade hit a run-scoring double to make it 2-1, Twins.

"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Minnesota manager Ryan Ranta.

Game 5 is scheduled for Friday at Las Vegas Stadium in Las Vegas.
