Ekachakra Goes 5-for-6 Tuesday, March 27th , 2046 Kutlwanong left fielder Amitdhvaja Ekachakra went down swinging at Wildcats Stadium, knocking out 5 hits even as his Wildcats fell, 8-7. "It was like I was hitting Little League pitching," Ekachakra said after his 5-for-6 performance against the Marquard Kodiaks. "No offense meant to Marquard, but it was like I was back in little league again -- I could see the ball that well." After the game, his manager elaborated on the left fielder's improvements, saying Ekachakra spent the offseason trying to shorten his swing and stay inside the ball. "That's what I'm trying to do," Ekachakra agreed. "Be quick to the ball and let it travel a little farther so I get a better look at it." Amitdhvaja Ekachakra singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
