Mmabatho Loses Michisato Morita for Season Wednesday, April 3rd , 2041 The doctors have spoken and Michisato Morita of the Mmabatho Rawhide didn't like what he heard. The 22-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Morita sustained his season-ending injury during the Marquard Kodiaks game yesterday at Rawhide Stadium. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Mmabatho medical staff reported Morita had a damaged elbow ligament and would be absent from the lineup for at least 13-14 months. |
