CAL's Top Hitter Announced Saturday, September 1st , 2046 At only 21 years of age, Josh Baker could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, as August was one to remember for the third baseman and he has captured the California League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .472 with 5 home runs, 22 RBIs and 33 runs scored. This year, Baker is batting .395 with 21 home runs. He has scored 115 runs and driven in 96. |
