Curve Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Thursday, August 2nd , 2040 The Altoona Curve certainly didn't impress many fans this with their play on the field. And now there is no hope of turning a dismal season around -- the team was officially knocked out of playoff contention today. This is the club's 8th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2032. In total, the Curve have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 21-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Curve have made the playoffs 2 times. Altoona has won the Round 1 2 times in their history. |
