Reds Win, 14-7, Over Milwaukee
|
No one was more impactful than Jon Kramer in the 14-7 Cincinnati win over Milwaukee. Kramer, who is tied for 8th in the NL with a 1.035 OPS, went 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The Reds, now 10-5, have been red hot.
Cincinnati used the hitting of Mike Douglas to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Reds on top, 2-0. For the game, Douglas had 1 home run and 1 single in 6 at-bats.
"It was great to come out and swing the bats," Kramer told the Cincinnati News.
