Stoltz Lays Hammer Down in 4-1 Win
Spirited fans greeted the Tampa Bay Rays for their clash with the Kansas City Royals.

Behind an impressive start by Steve Stoltz, Kansas City beat Tampa Bay, 4-1. Kansas City is now 4-0.

Stoltz was in the zone all game. He frustrated Tampa Bay hitters while giving the Royals 9 innings of quality work. Stoltz threw 119 pitches, allowing 6 hits and getting 10 punchouts.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Stoltz said.
