Inland Empire Takes Round 1 in Deciding Game
The Inland Empire 66ers and Lancaster JetHawks hooked up in a classic Round 1 that went right down to the wire.

In the end, it's Inland Empire heading off to the Round 2, after a 5-4 win at San Manuel Stadium tonight earned the 4-3 series win.

Outside San Manuel Stadium, whether they were supporters of Inland Empire or Lancaster, many fans talked about how it was a series they would never forget.

David Salcedo played the hero for the 66ers in the series, as his MVP performance included a .480 batting average, with a .536 on-base percentage. He also had 2 home runs, 4 RBI and scored 5 runs.
