Late Magic Gets Houston 6-3 Win
Houston took on Los Angeles in front of a lively crowd.

The Houston Astros knocked off the Los Angeles Angels, 6-3, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Seung-joon Ahn was a big reason Houston won. The left fielder hit 2 home runs. Houston reliever Jon Romaniello picked up the win, upping his record to 5-1. Robert Romero absorbed the loss.

Ahn had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a full count cutter from Robert Romero, he banged a solo home run to right-center, giving the Astros a 4-3 lead. It was the 10th home run of the year for Ahn.

Ahn expressed little emotion after the game. "Every game we win now," he said, "is one less win we'll need to get in the end."

With the victory, the Astros upped their record to 18-16.
