Bums Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, August 8th , 2021 It has been a woeful season for the Vermont Lake Bums and now they have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. "You always need some things to break your way to get into the playoffs," said manager . "And nothing broke our way this year." Vermont Lake last appeared in the postseason in 2006. This is their 15th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 21-year history. |
