NWL's #1 Player, Peterson of Garland Monday, August 30th , 2021 It was a sweet day for Kort Peterson of the Garland Diamonds, who found out he has been named the Northwest League Player of the Week. The Diamonds right fielder put up a solid .545 average and contributed 1 home run and 7 RBIs to claim the honors. So far this season Peterson is hitting .301 with 12 home runs, 53 RBIs and 53 runs scored. He has 99 hits in 329 at-bats and a .364 OBP. |
