The home crowd had a good time watching the Atlanta Crackers and Boston Bees get after it.

Starting pitcher Shohei Ohtani pitched well enough to help the Boston Bees beat the Atlanta Crackers, 9-6. The win for the Bees lifted their record to 75-57.

Ohtani contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Boston in the bottom of the fifth. With his team trailing 2-1, Ohtani took a fastball from Caden Dana and stroked the home run to right-center. His 38th home run of the season allowed the Bees to leap in front, 3-2.

"What's not to like about a win?" said Ohtani.
