Kouba Dominates Flying Squirrels in 6-0 Shutout
It was not a good day at the plate for the Richmond Flying Squirrels. They came up empty when it mattered against Leduc Diplomats right-hander Rhett Kouba, who scattered 2 hits across 9 innings and held the Flying Squirrels scoreless.

"We had 2 hits so I know he wasn't completely untouchable, but he was close," Richmond manager said later.

Kouba chalked up 13 strikeouts and 1 walk in the 6-0 Diplomats win.
