Elizondo Is A+ W's Best Pitcher in August Saturday, September 1st , 2040 August's standout hurler was Juan Elizondo of Hillsboro. He muzzled High-A West hitters and held them in check the entire month to capture the Pitcher of the Month award. To win the honor Elizondo compiled an impressive 6-0 mark and 1.63 ERA in 6 starts. The Hops star hurler also rung up 26 strikeouts in 49.2 innings. So far this season, Elizondo has compiled a 10-3 record with a 3.14 ERA. |
