Shands Fires Shutout in San Francisco (AZL) Victory
The San Francisco (AZL) Giants Orange shut out the Texas (AZL) Rangers, 6-0, behind the strong pitching of Ismael Shands. Shands surrendered only 8 hits in recording the complete-game victory, and struck out 3.

Following the last out, Shands appeared to celebrate a little too boisterously for Texas (AZL) manager Edinson Soto, who could be seen scolding the famously outspoken right-hander as the clubs left the field. Shands's own manager then intervened with some words for his counterpart.

The Rangers skipper would not comment on the exchange but, at the Giants Orange press conference, Shands confirmed that it was regarding the celebration.

"He basically told me I was being a lousy winner," Shands said.

"And I told him he was being a lousy loser," San Francisco (AZL) manager J.R. House added.
